There is no dedicated car park but there is plenty of on street parking available.

This depends on what service you are having a consultation for but will be explained to you when you book an appointment.

Absolutely, we care for all our clients equally and welcome all gender identities.

The length of your consultation depends on which service you are interested in. Timings will be explained to you at the time of booking.

Yes we are fully wheelchair accessible including our washroom facilities.

We offer payment plans for permanent make-up (PMU) services only.

Plans for this are available at our discretion and must be agreed at the time of booking.

PMU can be paid for in three stages with the final balance to be paid at the time of the ‘top up’ appointment.

All wig and associated products must be paid for at the time of purchase.

We require a deposit at the time of booking for all permanent make-up, plasma and SMP appointments. No deposit is currently required for LVL’s, HD brows, Henna brows or wigs and hair system appointments.
