Plasma Therapy

You may experience varying levels of discomfort during this procedure. Angela will of course endeavour to make you as comfortable as possible throughout.

In the hours following your plasma treatment a mild burning sensation (similar to sunburn) may be experienced. This should subside after a couple of ours. If this discomfort lasts longer, anti-inflammatory medication can be taken (providing your well and safe to do so).

You may also experience swelling in and around the treated area, this generally subsides within a few days.

Angela will provide you with a full schedule of aftercare to ensure your healing process goes smoothly and you get the best results from your treatment.

You should be able to see a difference immediately, however the final result will take around 12 weeks, once the healing process has taken place and has a lasting effect of up to 3 years.

It is not advisable to go abroad for at least 12 weeks after your procedure as sun exposure can cause an increase in pigmentation.

Depending on the area being treated it is recommended for optimum results to have a course of treatments that can vary from 1 to 4 sessions throughout a 12 month period.
